I am a big fan of French cinema, and I am usually game to watch. Moreover I did not know the work of Michel Boisrond, and it is always a big treat to watch Jean-Pierre Marielle, Mireille Darc and Marie-José Nat. It was funny, but younger than I am (it was "born" in 1974), it has not aged well, a caricature of a certain upper middle-class milieu of that time. Amusing, but not "life-transforming".
