Incredible. As a middle aged white male, I was otherwise oblivious to this narrative . I asked a black friend to help me understand “how did we get here?” I’ve watched “Selma”, “I Am Not Your Negro”, and others. I always gain something. But “13th” is a whole different level. Prepare to be angry. Prepare to be shocked and disappointed (in our system). Prepare to question our justice system.
