The beginning was really good and I was looking forward to watching the rest of the drama. The story didn't progress well though which was a shame because it started so well. I think the middle was very slow and a lot of it was unnecessary because it just dragged on and on without much purpose. That said I did enjoy watching it but it could have been much better had the middle section been written differently.

This drama started out really well but by episode 4 things were slowly unravelling and by episode 5 it was just ridiculous to the extent where long time friends were turning on each other at the drop of a hat which made no sense. Instead of finding out truths or the full story, their so called best friends were suddenly turned into arch enemies so fast that it was nonsensical. I cannot watch anymore because it just doesn't make any sense and their is no build up of suspense to the storyline its all over the place.

This drama certainly started with a bang! Starting a Korean drama in Italy with the beautiful backdrop was just beautiful and tragic all at the same time. I am only at episode 7 so I will come back and add to this when I have watched the whole drama. Firstly, I really like Song Joong-ki as an actor and of coarse he has the most beautiful skin!!!! This drama even had him speaking Italian which was just plain sexy. One thing I would like to say is that for the first time in all the K dramas I have seen, the main lead Song Joong-ki and the female lead Jeon Yeo-been wore beautiful clothes although Song Joong-ki should not wear high heels because she couldn't walk in them. Usually the wardrobe for a lot of C and K dramas (not historical) are just plain awful and old fashioned. I am so pleased to say that it was not the case this time!!!! I am really enjoying what I am seeing right now although Jeon Yeo-been's character is painful. All the unnecessary yelling and screaming and the brat like actions did not endear me to this character. Will see if she grows on me as time progresses. Ahhh I have finished watching this really interesting drama. It is very different to what I thought it would be but in a very good way. I loved it!! There were a couple of parts that were badly written but overall it was a great drama and the writers did a good job. I was surprised that it was so hilarious. The humour was fabulous as was the cast, outstanding job everyone. Jeon Yeo-been's character did indeed get better and she ended up being a great in the end. This is a must see drama for everyone, its clever, funny, well written (mostly) and the cast were terrific.

I am still watching this drama and its really interesting. I have read a lot of reviews about it and have always wanted to watch it. It is a story about relationships and the ups and downs of new love and heartbreak. Interwoven in this drama is the effect on their friends and family. I felt very sorry for the Doctor, Kim Hae Kyung and how two women just totally stomped on his heart. He is such a good guy and didn't deserve it at all. I don't understand how he managed to forgive his mother given that she abandoned him as a child so that she could continue with her life as a writer and just because she was sick, she all of a sudden decided to come back into his life trying to be a mother. I would not be so forgiving. Song Seung Heon who plays the doctor is an interesting actor but if I can say one thing its that he always looks very controlled in the parts that I have seen him play. I have never seen him totally lose it and I have also never seen him all mussed up. He never has a hair out of place! The Woo Do Hee and Jin Noel character although they had different personalities they both ended up hurting KHK terribly. WDH is so messed up and afraid to love after a few relationships that ended by her being dumped and JN was also messed up but is selfish, self centred girl who thought she could just snap her fingers and she could just get what she wanted when she wanted it. Very complex characters but well written and acted by both women. Lee Ji Hoon who plays Jeong Jae Hyeok did a great job in playing Woo Do Hee's ex boyfriend. I don't know why he isn't more popular because he is one of my favourite Korean actors. He has played similar parts in other dramas as well and does them well because he is a great actor. Ye Ji-won who plays Nam Ah Yeon always plays the slightly wacky characters and this role was no exception. Its always brings a smile to my face when I watch her she is such a delight to watch. This drama is really worth seeing, it has love, heartbreak and comedy!!!

This show is extraodinarily well written and produced along with a wonderful and talented cast. It was an absolute joy to watch each and every episode. I certainly hope there is a Season 3 and beyond. I debated for a long time whether I would watch it because I had read so much about it. You think that its just hospital drama right? NO its not, it is so much more than that and that's what makes this show so great. This drama is hilarious at times due to the relationship between the main characters but it also has a serious side which will have you in tears as well. This is one of the best dramas I have seen and I am sad there are no more episodes to watch.

I haven't finished this drama yet but I am on Ep12. There is no doubt it is a good drama but to there are irritating things that the writers did to build the suspense and that was to continually let police officers go off on their own and put themselves in potentially lethal situations. This just made the characters look stupid and it just became frustrating to watch as it happened time and again. Never the less this is so far a good drama and well worth watching.
