Rockford Files, Sopranos, Madmen, etc...this show is in the Pantheon. I can't add anything more. It's greatness on display. Revel in it while it lasts. It never does.

I truly do not understand negative reviews of this movie. It is so pure. It never, even for a second, takes itself seriously. It is truly a silly movie, and, for my taste, the most laugh out loud silly movie since Airplane. Hey, if this isn't your taste in humor so be it. My subjective opinion is it's hilarious.

I simply don't understand films over the last 10 years or so. Tommy Lee Jones and Ben Foster HAD to have read this screenplay, and yet inexplicably agreed to do it. This is a short 20 minute film that takes 2 hours 11 minutes to complete. It is contrived, predictable, boring in the extreme and takes over a full hour to even get close to the point of the film. Anyway, I'm not gonna bore you. If you have a chance to see this DON'T. Life's too short.

Hard watch. Lost a cousin to this problem at the turn of the century in North Carolina. Always chalked it up to kids stealing Px drugs until a couple years ago realized what was really going on. Devastating and infuriating. By the way, this show is very well done. Oh well...

Probably one too many stars. This is a terrible film, flat out. It ( OBVIOUSLY) was trying to make some seeeerious political statement. Failed miserably but it does explain the Hollywood Politburo cast. Regardless your politics, skip this one unless you wanna marvel at what 80 million dollars buys you out there when its not about a comic book character. Wow!

I fid it tragicomic that an entire group of people (and streaming service, by the way) that judge their fellow citizens SOLELY by the way they look and their sexuality made a film expressing outrage that an extremely overpriced t shirt retailer did the same thing to make money. Self awareness anyone? Oh brother!

Kind of a Rashomon homage. Very good film although could have been edited a little more aggressively. Ridley Scott has been directing high quality films for a very long time now and of different genres. Definitely not the norm. Quite a career.

A series celebrating the most vapid, destructive people on the planet telling the world even when they're made fools, they're cooler fools than everyone else. There's so much more to loathe about this series (and, yes, inexplicably I watched all of it) that it won't fit here. And, Chlumsky's performance is excruciating.

Brilliant. Why? Because Denis brought forth a cinematic vision of the Duniverse that is at once accessible and wonderful to an unfamiliar viewer and thrilling to the Dune fan. I didn't think it was possible. All who have devoured the novels will clamor for extended versions. Denis didn't fall into the Dune minutiae trap and instead provided a beautiful piece of cinema without condescension that stands on its own. Again, brilliant.

Ponderous, manipulative, predictable but sweet. Well acted and beautifully shot. You either really get Hallstrom's films or are underwhelmed by them. I guess I fit in the latter category. All in all there are worse ways to spend an hour and forty-five minutes of your life.
