This show has been on for a very long time and throughout the years have changed many lives for the better, a lot of families have been dealing with so many issues on the show. Drugs, rape, molestation and abuse; Steve had helped a lot of those families which gives a great view of dark things and then turning them into something so positive. I remember watching one episode where a girl was being abused by her boyfriend and she was accused of being a cheater by her boyfriend. Steve was mad at that guy for severly beating up this girl and at the end, the girl had said that she never had a father/father figure in her life. Steve said "I'll be your father then" which really touched me cause I have a father in my life but he's barely there for me
