Terrible experience with my new mattress, No one keep responsibility for the mattress, Is the most uncomfortable mattress I don’t suggest to no one to use the machine to choose the mattress for the person , try to get it yourself. Do you not buy from dreams they don’t even keep the responsibility for the Wrong machine decision. If I choose it myself I wouldn’t complain for that but the machine choose it for me. I do not recommend no want to buy from there. The inspector, Come at home and put his hand top top of the mattress and he said it’s not any the fault from manufacture, they are not professional at all!I used to have a mattress for £200 from eBay and it was better than the dream mattress. I got this for £950 and I couldn’t sleep in the night time The most uncomfortable mattress , I got the frame as well and the frame is nearly broken down from the heavy mattress.
