When I first saw this movie, I adored it. Then Candice Bergen did a version called Mary and Tim. It is so much better done. This version jumps around leaving holes, continuity problems, and long, senseless scenes. One has to read the book to fill in the gaps. It’s definitely a story worth investing time for, but not this version.
