3.5. If you’re looking for something similar to the regular platinum affair, but has its own identity, look no further. The one button attack and legion being self controlled felt very at odds with what I expected and even for the first hour, left me somewhat soured. As i’ve Upgraded the legions, in turn learn new moves, skills, and abilities, the game has dramatically opened up. It’s a grower for sure, but one you’ll be happy you stuck with. I’m also not an anime fan and usually am turned off by the art style and tho this isn’t really my cup of tea, I can’t deny how beautiful this game is. Even in handheld mode (the way I played more than 90% of the game) the game is an absolute looker. Performance wise on handheld, no issues.
