This movie was fine and did a good job of teaching women to love themselves but did not really work on the romantic side of things. It teaches girls that sometimes your instinct isn’t right and that you should just give in to the guy you’ve turned down many a time. On the other hand it tells boys that when a girl says no she’s really saying maybe and that you should continue to push until she gives in. This is never a good start to a relationship and should not be what we are teaching to today’s children.

I read this book for the first time in middle school and fell in love with it and the sequels that existed at the time. Now I have reread those again and been able to continue on to the books that exist now. This series was not written recently but it is so interwoven with the current society in the most creepy way. As interesting as this book is I sure hope that Trump never gets his hands on it or we will be headed right towards our own heartland war.
