I am a game novice at best, I inherited the ps3 from my brother a few years ago. I played to under 20% and gave up. Because I died a lot. This year I started playing some games with my bf. Witcher mostly. This gave me a bit of confidence. Decided to attempt Tombraider this December holidays to past the time. Wow, so glad I gave it a second chance. Simply loving this game the last few days. Love the mixture of adventure and fighting, and solving challenges. The graphics is beautiful. I love the scenes where Lara is high up, for example Mountain Village, Shanty Town, Summit Forest going down to Shipwreck Beach. It’s a feast for the eyes. Sometimes while moving about going places, I do stop to check out the view. I am at Shipwreck Beach, and still need to finish the game. I am playing on Easy. As a novice, it’s a good setting for me. Challenging but achievable. All the more experienced guys will definitely enjoy playing on Normal or Hard. Regret not playing this game properly a few years earlier. Rather late than never. Great fun. Beautifully made game. Kudos to the designers. Give it a try! It’s never boring, and gives you a great adrenaline rush now and again.
