Sometimes, we read interesting books in school. This is not one of those times. I, and everyone I know, hates this book, the examples are obscure, it's extremely repetitive, and basically tells you what symbolism is when a) it's usually very obvious and can be figured out by children and b) the point of symbolism is that it SYMBOLIZES so if you tell me what it means it's not symbolism.
