I enjoy this show, as well as the Vancouver version. It's fun to watch the transformation even if you know the homeowners are going to love it, they very seldom list. I feel bad for David who spends his time showing properties and homeowners never list. I wonder about the reasons Hillary can't do more with the money. I think Eric over estimates some of the work. Hillary's team seems to spend a lot of money on staging that could be spent on the remodel.
