Long time souls fan here. I’m getting a bit tired of difficult games. This games not too hard.They give you a lot of tools to overcome the bosses. Basically a mix between dodging. Attacking, and using spells. Spells make things easier. Most fights I just bash through but when there’s a tougher boss it can become crucial to play smart about when and what spells to use as the fight progresses. At the the end of chapter two. So far only two bosses have been hard for me. But I love this game. The lore and graphics are cool too.

This review is for Capcom, not the game dd2. Capcom used to be the best. Now they are the new scum publishers.

Wow. Was not expecting to love this game at all. It is very immersive. Creepy. The action is solid. Story is great. Love the control nods. The pacing is very slow so it’s not for those who want pure action. I want this game to sell better. Please buy it. I want more games like this. Haven’t had this level of enjoyment since resident evil 2 remake and widen ring.

been playing this game a few days now. Love it. It was such a nice surprise that this game was as good as it is. I am a souls fan. Played them all besides demon souls. This one is aesthetically a bloodborne mirror. The implementation of puppets instead of werewolves is awesome. I like it way more than I thought I would. The story is great. Probably better than any soulsgame story. Easier to understand at least. If you are a bloodborne fan and have been waiting forever for a sequel then PLEASE do yourself a favor and pick this up. It is both similar and different enough. For instance, you can get your health back by attacking but only if you guard. Also guarding at the right moment is similar to sekiro. It is important. Different play styles open. you can be a dagger wielding dodging backstabber. You can have a giant unique hammer like wrench. I am only about half way into the game at present. I am looking forward to a ng+ if there is one. Trying a different playstyle. So far the only negatives would be that the game kind of punishes you from moving away from tank blocky heavy hitting builds. I switched to a hammer and it made the game easier. So far the game has not been unfair or terribly difficult though. But ya, if you are a souls fan, you need this.

I have been playing a lot of Hunt showdown. So it was hard playing with playdough weapons at first. It hasn't really changed much since far cry5. If you love far cry than you'll like this. I am only on the first island. The story is a little more interesting than 5 to me. Fun time with co-op. You get a powerful weapon that has a cooldown now.

This is resident evil 4 mechanics and environment with the re7 perspective and mood. re7 is my favorite game OF ALL TIME. I don't really understand how this ones getting less a score than re7. I feel like this games an improvement as a game. It is slightly less horror focused and I was VERY afraid of it being like re 5 and 6. IT'S NOT. It's scary as hell. Some reviews I am seeing are whack. Beviante(sp?) was one of the scariest pieces I have ever played in my life. So ya. I actually love it. Of course its less scary when you have an arsenal of bullets and guns. But I feel like that's the biggest reason it's less scary. And I welcome the change because after beating re7 about 7 times the combat was getting pretty stale! Some negatives for me would be that the story is much goofier than re7s immaculate backdrop. But hey, got to find some way to put werewolves, magic wielders, tall woman, bug ladies, dragons, big dogs, etc into the game to kill.

yee whats not to like if you like any of these movies. I like skull island. This might be my new fav though.
