Runescape: The First 20 Years- An Illustrated History is a fantastic read in to the creation of one of the most successful online browser based MMORPG games. I especially liked how the book starts from the very humble beginning of 3 brothers who have a passion for role-playing board games, computers, and fantasy stories. From here the birth of something special is formed and Runescape is eventually created. Contains a lot of information I never knew even after playing the game for so long. The book features stunning artwork, background on characters, and rich lore. Even if you have never played the game, this is a must read for any person who has ever loved fantasy/role playing games.
