After so many years ( I was 7 years when this film was released as I am born in July 1950)I watched this movie in Corona Lockdown period. Devika face looks exactly like her face in the photo with Kanaka her daughter.14 year old Devika better than Manamakan Thevai girl .Her sound is just like Vyjayanthimala in Vazhkai as a 14 year old girl.Black beauty I want to call Devika should be the Punnakai Arasi.Her face expression and the eyes so enchanting .Watch her face expression in the song by Muradan Muthu with MR Radha as Amruthalingam Pillai.Neeye unakku nikaranavan.Devika behind the curtain watching Shivaji singing the song is so beautiful that I have no words to express .One has to feel it.I am a great FAN of her .But when I watch these films of Her I am sad to say she is not alive where as Sowcar Janaki Rajasree( Neelavanam film) Vyjayanthimala are alive in 2020..I am unable to say which is better Devika actress --Nenjil oru Alayam or Neelavanam.I really feel very very sad about her married life
