Talk about price gouging! Secure Parking has moved their monthly rates from $411/month to $511/month in their Chequers carpark as at Jan 01. Its a monopoly in the building, that's a whopping 24.3% in a time of minimal inflation. That's just one car park, where else have they done that? This is where people have to park for their dialysys, not only small businesses like myself.
