Movies like this are rarely made anymore because audiences just won't support them anymore. But, more films like this should be made and audiences need to support them because they have so much goodness in them, simple truths, and an innocence that the world needs to rediscover. This is a sweet sedimental story, simple, caring, and more. It speaks and shows a wonderful side of people that we just don't seem to see enough of anymore. It makes one wish that you lived in a small town like this, had friends and neighbors and acquaintances as depicted. It may all be wishful thinking, but the world would be a better place, a much better place if life was as shown in this sweet sedimental story.

Without question, one of the best Sci-Fi action adventure ever made and may consider the best of all the Star Trek movies. I've seen it many times on the big screen and of course have the DVD and watched it many times over the past 40 years. A great movie, excellent performances, and I'll go see it again on the 4th of September if possible.

I was disappointed in this film. The first one was very good. This one was a major letdown for me. The story was fair at best. I'm not going to be critical of the actors, they where fine,.. but they just were not given a good story to work with. Even for a super hero movie, the plot was too far fetched for me. Now that I have seen it, I don't need to see it again. It will not be a part of my video library.

This is a story and film that one has to see several times to appreciate,.. and then you'll find yourself watching it more often to enjoy exceptional performances by practically every member of the cast.

I thought that this was an excellent series. It was entertaining and informative. It it was ever made as a box set on DVD's or Blue Ray I would buy it.

It was a surprise to me that this film not well thought of or liked by many. I found it entertaining, a tense and taunt story, well told, well acted and more. Its scary to know and realize that there are con artists out there as portrayed in this film, who will set you up and steal your life and family. This is not a movie for kids, it is adult entertainment. I recommend it. Watch it at least once, and don't be surprised if you find yourself putting it in the DVD player from time to time.

This is not a well done movie, the story is true and worth telling, but this version is fair at best and takes many liberties with the people and their own stories. Now this said,... I'm not saying don't watch it. But "Togo" is a superior film with superior story telling.

The main purpose of any movie is to entertain, and if it can do that and touch your heart and tap into your feelings,... well,.. its done more than entertain. This is a good story, a warm hearted one that shows how dogs can steal our hearts. Harrison Ford gives a very believable performance as a broken man searching for answers in his life,... Buck helps him as he finds and travels his own journey. This is a wonderful film for the family, your children or your grandchildren. Add it to your collection of films.

I never understood the reviews of this movie. It was just an old fashion and wonderful love story. All the parts were well acted, and Anthony Quin was especially delightful in his part. The music was excellent and the whole film was one that many could identify with in at least some ways. All in all, a really nice movie that entertains and leaves one with feel good feelings. I recommend it to watch and add to your collection.
