What a surprise this flick was, I was expecting a goofball comedy, but there was much depth to this flick and a good statement on our divide in this country. It was funny, thought provoking and a flat out good story. Who knew "Ryan the Temp" had it in him. BJ Novack and the entire cast was fantastic!

It looks cool, atmospheric, some intense moments and well acted, but in the end you ask yourself, "what the heck was that all about?" Made no sense, and felt like a ride at the park that stalls out.

Really enjoyed this one. Never heard this story and I was seven when the Tet happened and had a close relative in Nam, so I remember some of what was going on. Film did a good job of capturing the late 60’s. This is a fun movie. A little over the top that all presented happened to Chickie in real life, but hey, it’s a movie and a good one. Almost didn’t recognize Bill Murray, he and Zefron, the whole cast did a great job!
