Initially drawn in by both Enrique’s and Clara’s character qualities— kindness, goodness, a little intrigue mixed in. Beautiful period setting and the scenes preparing the great feasts made me want to cook! But I quickly wondered if the writer was a possibly a middle school boy whose thoughts of sex overruled all else? The widespread sex scenes by so many of the characters did little to advance any useful or good plot line and much to take away from the story. I had high hopes, but discontinued watching.
