It was a bit disappointing, no character development of any of them , gaga looked like patrizia, but more a series of pouting photos than acting. Pacino, the godfather !! sadly underused and only glimpses of the great actor he is. Even adam driver, just didnt portray the character or what was going on for him . Biggest gap was the 2 years after maurizio was killed and the trial ??? What a missed opportunity, who doesn't love the twists and turns of biggest trial in Italy at the time .how was she caught who turned what about the defence and prosecution strategies. To me this was the vital crux of this epic Shakespearean estory. Paulo overacted and comical accents didnt help.

Absolutely gut wrenching heartbreaking. This drama captures the joyless grey brainwashing which is hard to watch. The cult that describes their life is clearly written by someone who has left this cult. Someone who knows exactly how they operate. Broke my heart but made me equally angry .
