Beautifully told story of a great historical find and the struggles of a practical, intelligent man against the archeological establishment. Perfect gentle watch for a lockdown evening, great cast and well shot. A visit to both the British Museum and Sutton Hoo (& it’s excellent exhibition) are now high on my list of things to do when freedom returns! Reminded me of another great tale - that of William (‘strata’) Smith who produced the first geological map of England despite others trying to steal his achievements. There’s another great tale for you to tell, Netflix!
