Wonderful local Chicago talent. I saw Ed and his band some of which already had acquired fame (Fareed Haque) and Brad Williams stellar piano playing is superb. I should know piano I'm a drummer grew up in a house full of musicians with a baby grand in the dining room. Brad simply soars. No slouched in this band I saw them at the Green Mill a couple of times in the 80s wonderful wonderful stuff Enjoy!

Possibly my favorite Al DiMeola album There isn't a bad track to be found. I especially like Somalia and Jewel inside a dream. Al surrounds himself with the best musicians on earth as is the norm for him. Paco is on fire here and being a lifetime drummer myself I'm always amazed at Steve Gadds touch behind a kit.

If you like 1970s progressive jazz rock and talented sax and drums this is a really good one. Trust me it's in the top 10 on my playlist!

One of my very best and favorite acoustic albums to listen to. I hate calling it new age it's not it defies classification. Great piano work and clarinet and oboe etc. I also listen to rock and jazz don't sell yourself short. If I had to I'd call it musicians music it is wonderful to read or just hang out to.

Strange but likeable I'm old school so its a bit unusual but its ok really.
