I was really looking forward to seeing the movie and being moved by the scenery and songs. I was let down. The opening song Circle of Life lacked “life” and I dealt annoyed and let down by that. “Just can’t wait to be king” was too slow and the choreography or animation sequence, whatever you are meant to call it was boring and lacked excitement and spirit. Scar, to me was the hero of the film and I was sad when he died at the end. Mufasa and Simba needed a bigger mane, just saying.
