Laughed out loud when I saw Benedict frolicking around the village. There is the right amount of comedy and even some satire (such as Benedict) in this. I love the all-black casting as well. AND LET ME SAY, THE MUST IS TOP TIER. I would listen to it on my own time. If you like Kali Uchis, you would enjoy the music too.

The songs were absolutely stunning! Every single one of them! Sofia teaches children a different good message each episode in a fun way. I really really recommend it! The morals they teach are so important and memorable. They can appeal to people in the older audience as well. We could sure learn stuff from this show. They truly cover all basic topics like, how things aren't what they may be or that it's what is on the inside that counts. They also cover a little more intricate topics like how Sofia doesn't feel like Roland's "real daughter" or how Hugo feels like he can't do figure skating because it was considered a "girl sport." The show convey these messages in very entertaining, light-hearted and unique ways. Sofia is a very kind, open-minded, clever and she truly conveys the message of what being a true princess is. Children can strive to be like her. She is capable of doing so many magical things in this magical kingdom. She faced countless villains in all different sizes and forms, yet she stands strong. And, did I mention the songs? They're so catchy! I've listened to some of the songs over and over again a couple years ago, and I still remember all the lyrics! All the voices and music are very well composed.

Pokemon is amazing and follows amazing characters. Personally, XY-XYZ is my absolute favourite season (this review will talk about this season specifically)!! I loved the characters, the dedication for their strive to greatness, the friendships and how they showed their loyalty and strength, and the Pokemon that showed their love for their trainers. This season really gave me the feels. it gave me goosebumps, made me laugh, made me giggle, made me cry, and made me root for the characters! You have to admire how they really demonstrate the words perseverance, motivation, loyalty, sacrifice, friendship and dedication. The characters and Pokemon's relationship never fails to make me smile. XY-XYZ was a roller coaster. It introduced a new form of Pokemon that demonstrates the bond between trainer and Pokemon. Ash had come across many memorable and inspiring people and Pokemon that had challenged him and brought out the best in him. This show is an absolute masterpiece. I don't want to give spoilers! So go watch it for yourself and see what I mean!

This was my childhood! I loved the characters, the voices, and the animation. I was bummed out how they changed the voices, the design, and some of the characters names in the movie though... I really enjoyed the show though. The seasons were amazing and showcases a characters abilities per season. (Jay and Nya is for season 6 for example) It talks about their true potential that can be brought out through the challenges they face. The characters are very memorable and the characters mature. They face various challenges, through relations with friends and relatives, genies, robots, and skeletons. Each character has a backstory that made and broke the character. There was character development that would always leave you wanting for more. It was empowering how they would overcome their struggles and strengthen their friendship. The show has a few quotes that can help us in our daily lives. Like, "Ninja -GO", which the ninjas use show that they'll give up. Others include "Do not put off until tomorrow what can be done today", "Sensei once told me it's not the size of a ninja in fight, but the size of the fight in the ninja", or "Even lessons learned the hard way are lessons learned". It's overall an amazing show! They've gone a long way!
