The movie had potential but left me thoroughly confused as there were parts that just didn’t make sense. For instance in the first 2-3 minutes of the movie the daughter says her father lost his purpose and she goes to the ends of the universe to find him again but this never happens. Lt. Kane (the dad) asks for information regarding a Todd character while aboard the spaceship that is never clarified. The creatures were a bit off putting IMO and there were a few unnecessary scenes that served no purpose to the story. Idk maybe I missed something and if someone could explain that would be great.
