Go the Brits for twists and turns. My husband and I both loved this, we were engrossed all weekend.Great script & character acting about the minutae of a small ordinary town and it's sad undercurrents. Sarah Lancashire brilliantly plays the central character.

Stephen Graham is fantastic as always. Well cast and meticulously, sensitvely acted & produced. We've all worked in the environments portrayed in this for decades, and were impressed at it's haunting, detailed realism.

We're British thriller fans & enjoyed the other Cobens,so we expected that with this cast, it'd be a NY's treat. Crashing disapointment! We only peristed as we kept thinking "Oh surely not, it MUST get better." It's like a distracted high school group were given a fews hours + some cut and paste "thriller" elements. A silly waste of time.

Very enjoyable.Plot moves along at a nice pace. We particularly liked the forever serious Julia Stiles; also Phil Davis as Interpol Serious Financial Crimes guy. They balance out the glossy Eurotrash nicely.

My husband and I really loved this. Brilliant.

An 8-hour Tourism Tasmania ad with REALLY woeful acting & directing. Expected far better from these actors than a badly edited (spooky!) soap opera.We love thrillers but as Aussies this was embarrassing.
