I loved this show, I came into it knowing nothing about karate, left halfway wanting to join. By far, season 1 was the best season, but it leaves off making you hungry for more, which I honestly love so much. Sometimes the acting and plot can be a bit corny, but the fight scenes make up for them since they are so prevalent. This show is a must-watch!!!

The anime seemed fine. It was an anime worth only 3 stars because it felt like an off brand One Punch Man. I think the anime could've felt more original than it did, going into more depth with each character and being more dynamic than static. If i was going to rate this anime, the first 3 seasons would get a hard 77/100 max. Now, i feel like the 4th season did a WAY better job at giving depth and dynamics to the characters. And thus deserves a nice 88/100 at least. The 4th season gave Endeavor (Enji Todoroki) a new light and made the anime one of my favorites today. Now I'm reading the manga (WAAAY BETTER THAN THE ANIME) and am very content with it and i hope the anime doesnt screw up s5 like the first 3.
