Disappointing if I'm being honest. I always look forward to the new Reacher book and Midnight Line and Past Tense stand with the best. The plot was sound and could have developed into such a good piece of escapism but was so overdone it was cringe at times. I hope this isn't the start of a decline with the author running low on ideas and material however after 24 books it could well be the beginning of the end.
