We purchased a previous model and a plastic cog broke. After a over
$7000 purchase price they quoted $1000 for the part. We contacted Vic
Consumer Affairs and if we wanted to spend more money we could take
this to Vcat. The chair is at our local tip. Zero after sales service so
beware.
