A must watch! As a fan of comedies like Tenida, Nonte Phonte and alike, this movie is a treat. Never a dull moment, a packed screenplay, even the most slapstick acts are very well executed. What I expected would be another disppointing and cringy Bengali filmmaking venture, was a hilarious 2 hour family time.

A promising take off, ended up crash landing just like the plane on top of the Andes. A captivating character act by Anirban Bhattacharya, and thumbs up for the cinemtography, too, else every other character loses the empathy along the storyline. Dialogues sound too lyrical sometimes, especially the use of slangs, too imposed and ineffective. The burnt victim scene, and the knowledge that this is directed by the same guy who directed Dwitiyo Purush, I was half certain, what if Nirupam Chanda is Mrs. Zuberi. To end, I'm thankful that my wife didn't eat me up for suggesting her this [SPOILER]. And Mr. Srijit, stop it now with your absurd, amateurly enacted cameos.

No comments about the movie itself, but somewhere I feel the creators didn't quite complete the shoot and just joined footages, just to get it released.

Never expected I would ever say this about a Sandip Ray feature, but this is a good film. The titular character introduction is spot on, so is the acting by veterans Dhritiman Chatterjee and Subhashish Mukherjee. The plot intrigues you to be with it till the end, only that the second half felt much shorter than the first. Yet some commendable points worth mentioning are great casting of the characters in the lead, and the fact that foreign actors weren't expected to speak in Bengali, like some other Bengali movies. Also the Visual effects, though are easy to make out at points are effective in supporting the story. And also the contemporary modification of the plot. Let downs included some expected depths in antagonistic characters. Overall, a must watch for every Bengali with a nostalgia for Satyajit Ray's works.
