GRAN TURISMO, WHAT A RIDE 👏 I went to see this for two reasons: based on the true story of GT gamer turned racer and the director, Neil Blomkamp. Good filmmaker and he proves it here. Good story, great action, and it's emotional, powerful. Everything worked for me. The acting, locations, music(!), and the astounding cinematography put you right in the action, from above, behind, everywhere. Impressive work, including the editing. The pace kept it intriguing. This is a crowd pleaser, especially with the "true" aspect of it all. Inspirational. Thoroughly enjoyed it and I recommend seeing, hearing, on the big screen. It's great 👏 In Theaters, Friday August 25th.

Good vampire flick! The plight of a mother protecting her son from terrorists on the plane causes her to show a side of her she's had to keep secret. Until now. Good action, crazy moments of irregular teeth, sure to be bad breath, and definitely bad skin, makes this one flight you don't wanna miss. Not a surprise it jumped to No. 1 on Netflix this week of release.

Considering the novella it's based on, THE BODY by Stephen King, I was elated that Rob Reiner and the lead actors brought this story to life on screen. A film I'd recommend to any father / family that wants to show the growth of early teenage boys and the decisions that can have a positive and negative effect on life. Wonderful story.
