Grotesque. Ugly. Bad. Tasteless. Hideously over-done costuming and makeup. I would have called it a farce, in the positive characterization of the word, but farces are often actually funny. This was just a sad, bad movie. My friend and I wanted to walk out but somehow we wanted to see if the plot would get tied up at the end. It didn’t, quite.
