Loved the funny, irreverent, feministic, yet scary way the Dracula story, as well as the myths surrounding it were told through the three parts of this miniseries! Especially loved the secret of the saucy nun, her “flirtation with danger/attraction”* & her knowledge of the occult and intense desire to learn even more for the....rest of her life! Only other things I WOULD’VE liked/COULD’VE asked for are:
1. A bit more early origin story before part one, or even just during it!
2. A better “frosting middle” to the Oreo cookie which is part three. Showing Donald Trump.... OOPS! I meant 🧛♂️DRACULA🧛♂️ of part three how to figure out an iPad, Kindle password, Skype, but NOT TO TEXT WITHOUT USING ALL CAPS would be funny as part of a montage sequence for a comedy where Donnie J Trump Boy had to learn how to live within his ACTUAL means & get a real job after he’s voted out of office by at least (PLEASE🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼!!!) 75% of our country!!! However, after watching two such AWESOME almost full length movies filled with better, it was a bit minimalistic (OK, fine, a little lazy) on the part of the writers, especially for the man who now picks his🩸blood🩸donors for their mental equity is like watching Trump take over the role (of Dracula) once he gets to the prison/research lab, pretty much until the scene where he finally learns that his intense fear of death....SORRY, I’M NOT GONNA SPOIL THE REST!! Otherwise, I’m happy with the entire thing! It’s really just a truly COLORFUL & WONDERFUL UPDATING & UPGRADING OF THE WHOLE STORY FOR TODAY’S VIEWERS....Men, AND WOMEN!!!
👍🏻👍🏻
*One of my favorite lines was about her living for YEARS in a “loveless marriage!!!” TOO FUNNY!!! You kind of have to believe there must be quite a few older (& younger too, I’m sure!), nuns who actually feel the same way!!!
