Prior to COVID this show was 5 Star!! I am 2 episodes into the new season post Covid and here is why I give it 1... I love Jon Taffer's demeanor through the previous seasons, he is upfront, blunt, and honest. However, I was looking forward to the post covid season and now 2 episodes in realize this is for TV drama purposes only... I was expecting this Bar God to fix bars actually affected by covid, failing, and falling to their demise due to shut downs and unpatriotic governors and their Tyrannical mandates. Instead for TV drama purposes these post pandemic refurbs, are for Bars that were already failing before Covid existed. I thought the show was going to change pace to help those that really needed it because of covid. Not those that were already irresponsible prior to... SHAME on the producers, and Jon Taffer for following this rhetoric while real AMERICAN businesses are failing because of Tyrannical mandates!! HELP THE REAL BUSINESSES!!
