Just saw your coverage of the 83 year old woman that bought a 4wd . I don't agree with the way it was handled . 1. The lady admits to having a bit of dementia so she shouldn't have been looking for a car anyway . 2 The sales manager repeatedly said he would deal with the problem of the camera . Why wasn't that done immediately instead of aggravating the situation. I don't like car salesmen much but I don't think they are totally to blame here . It seems nobody is accountable for their own actions anymore. I know there are salespeople who do prey on the elderly (I've had experience myself with elderly parents ) but I was in constant communication with my folks ,not sitting back waiting to get my face on TV
