Epic! Watch it! The effects are spectacular. The characters are great, very human, well, some extra-human, but this does span 2,500 years, hopefully we can boast some evolutionary marvels by then. The story is dystopian, a drama and an adventure through time and space. The science is futuristic but we still need mechanics. Love that! In the Marxist mind, many (and I do mean many) must be sacrificed to preserve us all. Hence, alert: while it may not suspend disbelief in the Western mind-this short sightedness will really mess up a great sci-fi film going experience. I see at least two Oscar categories here. Make the Blu-ray China Film Board and thanks for dubbing in English!
