Grimdark Rising

Pros: THE LOOK & FEEL: Absolutely unique artstyle, unlike anything I've ever seeing before. Unlike most fantasy games this takes a lot of inspiration from old folk fairy tales and executes the style incredibly. Superb sound design and atmosphere. And the music is irreplaceable. The story and characters aren't too complex and the story is fairly simple, making it a sweet east to follow experience, very fluid, and nothing really feels out of place. Cons: A bit too short. If this game were to have more levels with consistent quality as the levels already in the game, my review would probably be near-perfect. Even in hard mode it is a bit easy in some levels.

A flawed masterpiece. I had a ton of fun watching this film, and don't regret it despite the various flaws and often cringe-inducing moments it had. The dialogue is great in some parts but cheesy in others. The action scenes are incredible and the visuals are amazing. I love Alita's character and character design, despite the fact that Alita has sudden character fluctuations which are a bit weird, but not enough to take me out of the film. I highly recommend it! It is very unique!
