HI, love your show but wondering why you don't do Hanukkah special recipes, cookies, doughnuts, latkes, I make sweet potato latkes & a special tip don't use fresh onion as it contributes to the liquid, I use dehydrated onions and it gives the onion flavor & absorbs the liquid.
