Amazing show. If you like Kung Fu set in the American settler era. You are going to love watching this. Really wish there was season 3.

Annoyingly frustrating. This is definitely not a feel good movie but one where you constantly scream "Jesus seriously!!". The main characters are hopelessly and annoyingly bad at just getting one really annoying woman to believe them. And the entire show is full of frustration to the point that it's really uncomfortable and uneasy to watch. Not my cup of tea.

It is your average big screen war film. I loved the fighting action scenes that goes from tanks to knife fights which was awesome in one endless action-packed segment. Arguably you could call it a propaganda film since it mocks General MacArthur's claim that he will win the war and bring the troops home by Christmas and shows the Chinese pushing the US forces out of NK. But it surprised me that it really humanises the Americans as soldiers who care about their buddies and weren't bad people. I think this movie appeals most to those who love very skilfully made action films regardless of your politics. And you should def watch it on a Big screen as you can see that it was a every expensive film with no expense spared in production and film qualify.. Albeit some special effects were subpar. Overall I can actually understand why people would watch it over and over again. The action scenes alone and the skillful transitions were mind blowingly impressive and I very much enjoyed this blockbuster. It seems like China has really upped their game in the movie making industry. 😍

WOW! I really want a Season 2.
