Resurrection is a wild, educational, spiritual, exciting, diabolical experience - I am on the 80th or so episode and the characters are dealing with the Mongols. The leader of the Mongol division assigned to the Kayis area is the embodiment of a Mongol warrior. His look will stay with me and I could see him playing Tamuchin in a movie. The hero is Turkey's answer to John Wayne or Jason Momoa. He and his sidekicks and the rtest of the cast members are excellent actors. His bride is a beautiful woman - so many women dressing so lavishly makes one wonder how many costumes and changes were actually created for the huge numbers of cast members. If you don't mind reading subtitles and still try to learn some Turkish (one of the hardest languages I've encountered) you'll love the series. Learn how the fast forward function on your remote - it helps a lot.
