Update 6.0 brought a UI overhaul that downgraded everything the player sees. The new design removed all useful information from the cross hair and moved it to a corner of the screen, forcing players to look away from the target to get any useful information. Crews have been replaced with commanders and veteran players have a larger advantage over new players more than ever before. AVOID and do not play until Wargaming gets their act together.
