Lovely movie to watch, excellent photography and screen play. Brilliant acting by all, especially the leading lady Sally Hawkins. A beautiful narration of sensitive yet complex love story between a water monster (or a saltwaterGod). The entire story is of early 1950s, each scene represent the work and living cultures of these times.
Reminded of the Spielberg's ET for the sensitivity and imagination.
No wonder the movie got 13 nominations for Oscars. A must watch movie for the adults!
