I read the book about eight years ago, and absolutely loved it. I was ecstatic when I heard it was made into a motion picture. I couldn't wait to see it. I was so happy and pleasantly surprised. The movie really stuck to the book, it had some amazing actors and actresses in it, and I think I was one hundred percent mesmerized during the whole film. I left feeling such joy for experiencing a movie that had real emotions dealing with a dog, and other real life events, but the ending leaves you with a lot to think about. It's a great movie. Did I cry, yes, but I laughed a lot too. I would recommend it to anyone, but to most definitely dog lovers.
