I am truly astounded at how poor the quality of this game is at release. Especially considering Blizzard extended the release an additional month; in what way could they possibly have missed such catastrophic flaws that it is actually worse and less functional than its 18 years old predecessor? The only conclusion I can come to is that they didn't. And rather than apologize and initiate an additional extension on the game's release in order to make it actually functionally playable, they decided to throw this abortion of an attempt into the wild hoping it would die quietly along with the complaints of their fans. The audacity of it is horrifying, and the betrayal this abject failure represents will absolutely poison the well for their reputation at a time when Blizzard should so very much be attempting to revitalize it. And nobody can even say the bile is unearned.
