Albert Rogers

This movie was OK in my opinion. Help me settle the debate. After watching the movie this past weekend I thought to myself, for a movie that has everyone searching for land for some unknown number of years in the future, they sure produced alot of cigarettes. Deacon throws them around like food (Convertable Car scene) and the whole grew is smoking like chimney's. Where do they grow the tobacco and create the rolling papers? I originaly said stockpiled, but I saw somewhere the movie is set circa 2500ish. Thoughts?
