1 ) Subpar acting across the board (Andrew Koji best actor in the film) 2) Great origin and plot, terrible execution telling story dynamics. 3) Good action and choreography with fight scenes. 4) Special effects and CGI below average (in-line with CGI from 2010) 5) Weak dialogue between characters 6) Best character connection was beween Andrew Koji and Henry Golding. 7) Enjoyable film, but don't expect to be wowed.

The whole family have been sitting and watching one episode a night. I am a big SCFI fan. If you're into shows like The Expanse and Farscape, this is a must see. The best part about this series, it's child friendly about ages 9 and up. We are enjoying it so much, we just bought all the books. This is a show the whole family will enjoy! I promise.
