Review a bit bias since I have been following Mike on social media from 2017. I also listened to it on audible versus reading the book (slow reader ha)
The fifth vital has a lot of heart and struggles in the book. You feel the realism in the book and react to the words in it like if you faced the struggles yourself. There was a tear shed during the process of the book, some "Holy S***" moments thinking how Mike is where he is today but it also shows how he grew to use his mind and talents to prosper in different ways.
It was an easy listen and nothing too complicated to understand. You enjoy the story and may think some things are not true if you have never been in environments like that yourself. I have gone through different struggles in my life and could really relate to business/family and other aspects of the book.
Would totally recommend anyone who wants to have an inspiring story about a man who was barely living day by day to a successful story. Great motivational book for anyone who thinks "There is no going up from where i am" but there is... Mike can do it, so can you.
