Best album of 2009 by far. Cudi one of the goats. I remeber hearing him for the first time in WatchDogs on the radio. Since then, I have become a huge fan of Cudi, this and KIDS SEE GHOSTS are his best albums. 9.5/10. Cudi is very underrated.
