Most of the characters in this show are quite good, but come on! Have you ever seen a more one dimensional character than the one Gerald McRaney plays? Mr. McRaney, you have enough clout, do you not, to ask your writers to give you a heart! Your growling, and condescending attitude is unlikable and suggests to the audience that it's okay for bosses to speak disrespectfully to their employees. I'm certain that the writers can be a little more creative and write some deeper dimension into your character?
