What a disappointment. The film has a bumpy start and remains that way for most of the ride. Tacky plot with pacing all over the place, terrible dialogue and jokes, most characters didn't have character development.

this has got to be one of the greatest films ever created

This is a real Batman film. Batman is a detective, and this film was more mystery than action, as it should be. Robert Pattison more than steals the show with his performance as the Dark Knight. Silent, deadly, observant and most of all mysterious, as he should be. Jeffery Wright was a wonderful Jim Gordon and Zoe Kravitz was perfect as Catwoman. This film is a wonderful break from all the saturated violent and blazing action of the superhero genre and focuses more on the more unexplored side of Batman: a detective. The intense mystery and suspense as well as well placed and well timed action, keep you hooked till the end. Longer than expected, but the ride is worth it till the end. Edit: After reading the following reviews I don't understand why people have hated on this so much. I have a feeling it is because of the saturation of the film industry by Disney, with all these child-friendly, big budget, CGI and explosion fests, superhero or otherwise. The Batman is a very different type of superhero film, with a slower much more focused pacing, more complex plot, a reminiscent of the the 90's and early 2000's films. It is vastly different from what we are getting today, and most viewers who went for it had a set mentality for what superhero films are today, an aesthetic most likely set-up by too much MCU. Their marginalised outlook made them write the film off entirely and call it 'bad' simply because it dared to be different.

These are the films that should be promoted today. You don't need fancy, special effects to make a good film or invoke feelings of awe and enjoyment. Those can be invoked with intrigue, mystery, twists and turns as well as compelling characters. Mark Rylance dazzled in his title role as the unsuspecting cutter who orchestrates an entire series of events that helps accomplish his goals. The entire gang of the film also blew me away, as well as Zoey Deutsch. The entire film took place in the shop but still managed to entertain better than most big budget films today, despite its low budget.

A bloody disaster. Who the hell made and wrote this? This is probably the worst comedy ever made.

This movie was great!!! Great work DC! Things are finally starting to turn around! I have high hopes for a brighter future now.

A cheap and lacklustre conclusion to a bogus franchise. Disney really displayed its lack of creativity here. Bringing back Palpatine, whose death signified a former Jedi's glorious redemption. Anakin killing him was one of the most powerful moments in cinematic history, and they threw it all away. Also, force abilities they pull out of their arse, such as teleportation objects or even healing people used as cheap devices to push the plot forward. And that kiss between Kylo and Rey was so forced and random because it had no foundation. Like why? It was obvious they were trying to implement a 'special connection' between them without doing any of the hard work. of relationship development. This has to stop. Disney has to be stopped

This show was incredible. To this day it is still my favourite TV show. The stakes, the mysteries, the variety of Wesen species, and so much more!!!!! Even though chances are slim, I do hope the spinoff pulls through. I am still very obsessed with it even after all this time. It's take on the supernatural was unique.

This game was incredible. The gameplay as well as the in-character experience of new characters was interesting. I don't know why people were so shocked and shaken by the death of Joel, thus the spurning hatred. They should try and focus on some other aspects of its quality as well. What I don't get however is why Abby was so attached to the kids and willing to risk her life for them, though.
